Bella R201
Zundapp wanted to come with a scooter during the scooter ride from Italy in the early 1950s. They were immensely popular in Italy and after a search, Zundapp came to the Milanese Moto Parilla. Moto Parilla had a progressive technical concept that was adopted by Zundapp. The name Bella was chosen because the buyer thought more about the sunny south. The Bella scooter from 1953 was the first Zündapp with a swingarm rear fork. The R201 had 10 hp and reached with its 198 cc 90 km / h. Almost 27,000 copies of the R201 were sold.
In the fifties, Zundapp eventually released several models of the Bella, about 10 types. Production stopped in 1964.
